Other Ways to Give

Stock.  A gift of appreciated stock provides you with the additional benefit of making a contribution to the Land Trust and avoiding capital gains taxes on appreciated assets.

Matching Gifts. If your employer has a matching gifts program, your contributions to MLT can be doubled.

Bequest. A bequest is a wonderful way to create a lasting land legacy.  A simple provision in your will can help us fulfill our mission while decreasing your heirs' estate tax.

Contribution of in-kind items and services.  We would greatly appreciate any of the following:

• Laptop Computer - Pentium IV or higher w/CD Rom, Windows 2000 or Windows XP
• Folding chairs
• Light-weight Folding Table
• Map Printer/Plotter - 11x17 format
• Office supplies
